For running in tomcat using jpda paste the below line in catalina.bat file and configure u r ide debug mode to that port.

Linux Command Line Tips And Tricks
All developers and sysadmins who work in a Linux environment are familiar with the following scenario – you’re at the command prompt and you know exactly what you’re trying to do, but you just can’t think of (or find) the right commands to accomplish the task in one fell swoop. Frustrated, you pound your way through four steps, finally accomplishing the task that you know you could have taken care of in one step – if only you had known the right step.
Luckily for you, we’ve gathered together our brightest Linux minds and command line ninjas and asked them to help us out by providing their most useful tricks, shortcuts, and secrets to share with the world. They’re listed below, along with a helpful description as to what they accomplish and when to use them. Enjoy!
Moving a MySQL Database To Another Server:
Not only does this command dump the database, but it creates the dump, compresses it, and securely transfers it to the remote host via SSH. Then, it decompresses the dump and imports it to the new location.
File Location/Management Commands:
This command locates all files on your server that are over 20MB (or a size of your designation) and reports both the size and the location of each file that qualifies. This command is generally restricted to those with root access.
The above command will list the size of every file in the current folder in Human readable format AND print the size of the current folder.
Simliarly, the first command below will print the size of all files in a given folder, while the one below that will find any file you specify, beginning the search in the root directory.
Usage commands:
The first command lists processes by their percentage of CPU usage, while the second command lists them by memory usage. A great quick trick to see where your server resources are going.
Permissions:
The above commands find potentially harmful file permissions and change them to more secure and acceptable levels. Remember, though, sometimes file permissions need to be set at 777, and the above command will change all 777 permissions to the more restrictive 755.
Calendars
The first command will display a calendar for the current year, while the second shows a calendar for any given year, which is perfect if for some reason you want to see what day you started second grade on in 1984.
Create a Mirror Site
This command is particularly useful if you have to move your entire website to another server – it compresses, encrypts it, and creates a mirror of it, allowing you to transport that exact copy to another server.
Compressing Many Files Into One For Export
It’s a load on your servers if it has to connect, disconnect, and reconnect every time you want to transfer data from one place to another, such as in an FTP export. The first command above compresses data from many folders into one file for easier export by making a .tgz archive. Similarly, the second command copies a file to another server of your choice.
Disabling Line Wrap In The Command Line
When coding a lengthy sequence, it can sometimes be difficult to see where the line breaks are, since in default mode the line of code will wrap it below. Turn it off with the above command for easier copying and pasting long lines of code.

Two months in ncst...
hello friends...
In this post i will share my views on ncst.Until now i have stayed more than 2 months in ncst.
In the starting of this course i feared whether i would be able to complete this course or not.I practiced a lot in the starting one month of the course.I came from a non IT back ground so i feel difficult to program in the starting.But soon i started to feel it easy as i slowly started to complete assignments which are their in opad book.After clearing the first mgpa i feel it was so easy and i though i would be able to complete this course.But i failed in second mgpa due to lack of practice.I did not practiced much after first mgpa.In second mgpa i have completed the total logic part with in 20 min's but i dont know how to compare two strings in that time.I have compared directly by using equal to sign and so i lost the second mgpa.After that i have read the string functions and i came to know that because of a simple mistake i lose the mgpa.I feel very bad and i started to practice for third mgpa.The theory classes conducted by raman sir and balaji sir on java and data structures are very good.So that i can understand some concepts of java.But i did not understand some concepts of java.But their is no time to read it once again due to mgpa.This mgpa's made me to read and practice the subject well.If this mgpa's are not their i may not study well in the course.Every one will study in the last for a final exam if their are no mgpa's.But i feel this course is little bit fast for me.I had no touch of books for two years before joining in ncst s that it becomes very difficult for me to adjust with the classes in the starting. When raman sir taught about the stacks,queues i understand the concept well in the class.But when he thought link list for the first time i could not understand any thing in that class.As the concept of reference is started in the link list i could not understand it.But after the class i practiced that program for five times.Even after practicing that many times i could not clear that concept that day but i understand the program.In the next day i read a about the link list and then i did that same program which i have did the previous day.Then i cleared the concept of reference in java.I have cleared six out of ten mgpa's in that three mgpa's went to to simple mistakes.I lost sixth and seventh mgpa due to lack of practice .But i have enjoyed a lot in this two months in ncst.Now i have to pass in quiz and mgpt which are very near .This two months in ncst went very fast.The last mfcs class is the difficult class for me to attend in this two months.I have no touch of maths after my 10 th.But here i have to study automata which is much difficult for me.But i am trying to pass the exam which will be on 17 th of this month.In the tcom class i came to know that my pronunciation is not so good.I can talk English fast but not fluently because i hardly speaks English in the last two years.But totally in this two months i have learnt a lot not only of subject but also how to behave with the people from different regions.

My first interview...
hello friends...
In this post i will tell about my first interview in my life.
I have did my industrial training in a company named viesteon which is in Chennai.Actually we have do a four months industrial training in the last semester of the course while studying in nttf.Our placements will start from April or may.SO my course coordinator called me and asked me to attend the interview in Bangalore.So i started from Chennai and reached Bangalore by train.I suffered a lot while travelling from Chennai to Bangalore i did not got reservation.The interview is in the NTTF center which is in electronic city in Bangalore.I had arrived hosur the day before the interview and i had stayed in my friend room their.In the morning i went to the nttf center which is in electronic city.It was only 40 Min's journey from hosur to reach electronic city.Their are many students waiting in front of the interview hall when i reached their.I become little nervous by seeing nearly 70 to 80 people their and that to its my first interview.After an hour the interview starts.In the staring the interviewer gave a brief introduction about the company and the job profile which we are suppose to do if we have selected.Main thing in the condition he told was the bond.If we are selected we have to write a bond for 5 years.I though not to attend after listening to the condition of the bond.My brother had told not to write any bond in any company.Even then i though about the interview it is my first one.So i thought to attend the interview for getting the experience for the next interview.After introduction about the company the interview starts.First we have a written test and then personal interview.I had not written the first test well as i did not prepared any thing before the interview.But i attend the interview to for an experience.It was a little tough for me to write the first test but some how i managed to test.After completing the first test,all the students are in tension as it is the first interview for every one their.Finally after 2 hours of waiting the interviewer announced the result.Before announcing the result he said not to get depressed if their name is not their in the selected candidates list.I remembered every word he said that day before announcing the names.He started announcing the names one by one who got selected in the interview.But my name is not their in that list.I felt so depressed after announcing the result.I called immediately to my dad and told about the result then he said not to worry.He said so many things that time but i am not in a mood to lesion that time.I was totally depressed even though i attend the interview for a experience.
But after some time i thought that if i have selected their i mau be forced to write a bonmd for 5 years which is more worst than not selected in that job.So what ever happen is good for me...

My view on PLC
hello friends..
In this post i will share my views on plc's.Plc means programmable logical controllers.They are widely used in industry for automation.Plc basically contains a dsp chip as a main controller.This plc should be programmed according to our requirement by the software provided by the manufacturer of that particular plc.Almost every plc will have a separate programming software which will be different to others.But the basic instructions will remain same.Mainly the complex instructions will be more distinct with one another.The Siemens, GEFanuc and Allen Bradley plc are used mostly all over the world.Theses plc's are very robust and rugged compared to other manufacturers.Basically a plc is more rugged in nature compare to the controllers.The controller boards are not mush rugged to the harsh industrial environment.The ic's in a controller board will not operate for a long time due to some reasons.That to programming a controller is much tough and time consuming process compared to programming a plc.Because the plc programmable software which will be provided by the manufacturer is so easy to program.Only the programmer should know the basic instructions and the basic functions of that particular plc to program a plc.Where as for programming a controller he should know about the archithure of the controller and all the pin configuration about the particular controller.Basically the plc also contains a dsp processor which is also a controller.But in plc the dsp processor will be programmed using a separate software which will be the front end for the user.In the back end the program which is programmed by using the software provided by the manufacturer is converted to assembly language program by using some compilers which will not be visible to the user.Also the circuit for a plc is designed more carefully such that it should have noise immunity,less power dissipation etc...Usually the plc will be having an input and output isolation so that what ever happened in the output of the plc will not effect the input.The plc should have a proper quality certification for entry in the market.Usually people will make controller boards by them only for a special purpose,but plc's are made for as common for many processes.Also the PLC's will have proper colling and noise resistance property.Now a days the every plc manufacturers are coming up with scada software along with the plc.By using scada the user can monitor all the inputs and outputs in the plc.So suppose an input fails he can immediately replace it with a new one with out troubleshooting.The man machine interface will be more with scada.scad provides a GUI for the events running in a particular machine.At the start the user need to program the scada an plc according to his purpose and requirement.Ones he programed it can be used through out its life.Mostly the plc s used will work continuously for many years with any problems.Now a days every industry is prefer scada , because the user can monitor the operations of the
machine by sitting in a common room which contains all the information about the machines.All the machines in an industry can be connected to a common source and can be acceded from any where of the world by using scada.It is basically a piece of software just resembles a networking software.The machine's connected with scada can be resembles with a group of computers connected in a network.In network the server has all rights to view any location in its client.Same way the scada software also works.But the plc should be compatible with scada.Now a days all most every manufacturer of scada are proving their software which will be compatible for different plcs.Because of this scada a single person can control all the machines inside a big industry.

About my batch mates in NTTF
hello friends...
In this post i will tell about my friends in NTTF .Our batch has 7 people from andhrapradesh and 38 members from kerala.In this post i will tell about that six people from andhrapradesh excluding me.
Firstly i want to tell about srinivas.His full name is potluri srinivas phani.He hails from gudivada in Krishna district.I met him first when i had undergone training in ganavaram.He also had his training from the same institute for NTTF entrance exam.I remember even now,that we both sat on the same bench for the first day.After entrance exam we two got selected in the exam and after that we had no contact.But we meet again in Coimbatore in a hotel.I stayed in the same hotel with him while i am joining in NTTF.Now he is working in Hyderabad in a automation company.But now i used to contact only once or twice in a month.
Next is yaswanth kumar.He is from mudhinapalli form Krishna district.He also had his training for nttf in the same institute which i had.While training i did not have much contact with him because most of the time i used to be with my friend who came with me from my town.But while admission i came to know that his father has stayed near to my house previously.So that my father know him previously, so that we both had a good relation after that.Even while coming to Coimbatore for joining we both came together.Now he is working in an company named ready minds in Bangalore.I have stayed in his room before the day i joined in cdac.Until know we had a good contact between us.
Next is about arun.He is from thiruvurru in Krishna district.I met him first in the hotel in Coimbatore before joining in nttf.He also completed 12 th before joining in nttf.He is very responsible person in our total batch.Beacuse of that our warden has insisted him to maintain all our personal account.For three years he maintain all our personal account in nttf.Now is working in a automation company in Bangalore.His company is just side of cdac ,so that i met him almost once in a week.
Next is about rakesh.He is from vuyuuru.His town is on the way to my place ,so that he will come with me every time while i was going to home in the asme way.I met him first in the hostel in the first day.I use to go out of the campus for outing with him mostly as he also came with same back ground as me.Now he is studying a java course in Hyderabad.
Next is about ramakishore.He is a very good person and a good friend of me.He is my partner in my nttf as it is a rule to have a partner while doing in lab.He is little adamant in the starting months of nttf but later he has changed a lot.While i am doing job i used to contact him almost once a week,but now i had no contact with him.Now he is working in a company in Chennai.
Next is about Shada.He is from chittour.He knows Tamil before joining in nttf.Except him no one knows Tamil before joning in nttf.So every one will approach him the starting for knowing small words in Tamil.Now he is working in an company in Bangalore.I have a contact with him before 2 months but now he is went to northern states for company purpose.
