hello friends...
In this post i will share my views on ncst.Until now i have stayed more than 2 months in ncst.
In the starting of this course i feared whether i would be able to complete this course or not.I practiced a lot in the starting one month of the course.I came from a non IT back ground so i feel difficult to program in the starting.But soon i started to feel it easy as i slowly started to complete assignments which are their in opad book.After clearing the first mgpa i feel it was so easy and i though i would be able to complete this course.But i failed in second mgpa due to lack of practice.I did not practiced much after first mgpa.In second mgpa i have completed the total logic part with in 20 min's but i dont know how to compare two strings in that time.I have compared directly by using equal to sign and so i lost the second mgpa.After that i have read the string functions and i came to know that because of a simple mistake i lose the mgpa.I feel very bad and i started to practice for third mgpa.The theory classes conducted by raman sir and balaji sir on java and data structures are very good.So that i can understand some concepts of java.But i did not understand some concepts of java.But their is no time to read it once again due to mgpa.This mgpa's made me to read and practice the subject well.If this mgpa's are not their i may not study well in the course.Every one will study in the last for a final exam if their are no mgpa's.But i feel this course is little bit fast for me.I had no touch of books for two years before joining in ncst s that it becomes very difficult for me to adjust with the classes in the starting. When raman sir taught about the stacks,queues i understand the concept well in the class.But when he thought link list for the first time i could not understand any thing in that class.As the concept of reference is started in the link list i could not understand it.But after the class i practiced that program for five times.Even after practicing that many times i could not clear that concept that day but i understand the program.In the next day i read a about the link list and then i did that same program which i have did the previous day.Then i cleared the concept of reference in java.I have cleared six out of ten mgpa's in that three mgpa's went to to simple mistakes.I lost sixth and seventh mgpa due to lack of practice .But i have enjoyed a lot in this two months in ncst.Now i have to pass in quiz and mgpt which are very near .This two months in ncst went very fast.The last mfcs class is the difficult class for me to attend in this two months.I have no touch of maths after my 10 th.But here i have to study automata which is much difficult for me.But i am trying to pass the exam which will be on 17 th of this month.In the tcom class i came to know that my pronunciation is not so good.I can talk English fast but not fluently because i hardly speaks English in the last two years.But totally in this two months i have learnt a lot not only of subject but also how to behave with the people from different regions.

My first interview...
hello friends...
In this post i will tell about my first interview in my life.
I have did my industrial training in a company named viesteon which is in Chennai.Actually we have do a four months industrial training in the last semester of the course while studying in nttf.Our placements will start from April or may.SO my course coordinator called me and asked me to attend the interview in Bangalore.So i started from Chennai and reached Bangalore by train.I suffered a lot while travelling from Chennai to Bangalore i did not got reservation.The interview is in the NTTF center which is in electronic city in Bangalore.I had arrived hosur the day before the interview and i had stayed in my friend room their.In the morning i went to the nttf center which is in electronic city.It was only 40 Min's journey from hosur to reach electronic city.Their are many students waiting in front of the interview hall when i reached their.I become little nervous by seeing nearly 70 to 80 people their and that to its my first interview.After an hour the interview starts.In the staring the interviewer gave a brief introduction about the company and the job profile which we are suppose to do if we have selected.Main thing in the condition he told was the bond.If we are selected we have to write a bond for 5 years.I though not to attend after listening to the condition of the bond.My brother had told not to write any bond in any company.Even then i though about the interview it is my first one.So i thought to attend the interview for getting the experience for the next interview.After introduction about the company the interview starts.First we have a written test and then personal interview.I had not written the first test well as i did not prepared any thing before the interview.But i attend the interview to for an experience.It was a little tough for me to write the first test but some how i managed to test.After completing the first test,all the students are in tension as it is the first interview for every one their.Finally after 2 hours of waiting the interviewer announced the result.Before announcing the result he said not to get depressed if their name is not their in the selected candidates list.I remembered every word he said that day before announcing the names.He started announcing the names one by one who got selected in the interview.But my name is not their in that list.I felt so depressed after announcing the result.I called immediately to my dad and told about the result then he said not to worry.He said so many things that time but i am not in a mood to lesion that time.I was totally depressed even though i attend the interview for a experience.
But after some time i thought that if i have selected their i mau be forced to write a bonmd for 5 years which is more worst than not selected in that job.So what ever happen is good for me...

My view on PLC
hello friends..
In this post i will share my views on plc's.Plc means programmable logical controllers.They are widely used in industry for automation.Plc basically contains a dsp chip as a main controller.This plc should be programmed according to our requirement by the software provided by the manufacturer of that particular plc.Almost every plc will have a separate programming software which will be different to others.But the basic instructions will remain same.Mainly the complex instructions will be more distinct with one another.The Siemens, GEFanuc and Allen Bradley plc are used mostly all over the world.Theses plc's are very robust and rugged compared to other manufacturers.Basically a plc is more rugged in nature compare to the controllers.The controller boards are not mush rugged to the harsh industrial environment.The ic's in a controller board will not operate for a long time due to some reasons.That to programming a controller is much tough and time consuming process compared to programming a plc.Because the plc programmable software which will be provided by the manufacturer is so easy to program.Only the programmer should know the basic instructions and the basic functions of that particular plc to program a plc.Where as for programming a controller he should know about the archithure of the controller and all the pin configuration about the particular controller.Basically the plc also contains a dsp processor which is also a controller.But in plc the dsp processor will be programmed using a separate software which will be the front end for the user.In the back end the program which is programmed by using the software provided by the manufacturer is converted to assembly language program by using some compilers which will not be visible to the user.Also the circuit for a plc is designed more carefully such that it should have noise immunity,less power dissipation etc...Usually the plc will be having an input and output isolation so that what ever happened in the output of the plc will not effect the input.The plc should have a proper quality certification for entry in the market.Usually people will make controller boards by them only for a special purpose,but plc's are made for as common for many processes.Also the PLC's will have proper colling and noise resistance property.Now a days the every plc manufacturers are coming up with scada software along with the plc.By using scada the user can monitor all the inputs and outputs in the plc.So suppose an input fails he can immediately replace it with a new one with out troubleshooting.The man machine interface will be more with scada.scad provides a GUI for the events running in a particular machine.At the start the user need to program the scada an plc according to his purpose and requirement.Ones he programed it can be used through out its life.Mostly the plc s used will work continuously for many years with any problems.Now a days every industry is prefer scada , because the user can monitor the operations of the
machine by sitting in a common room which contains all the information about the machines.All the machines in an industry can be connected to a common source and can be acceded from any where of the world by using scada.It is basically a piece of software just resembles a networking software.The machine's connected with scada can be resembles with a group of computers connected in a network.In network the server has all rights to view any location in its client.Same way the scada software also works.But the plc should be compatible with scada.Now a days all most every manufacturer of scada are proving their software which will be compatible for different plcs.Because of this scada a single person can control all the machines inside a big industry.

About my batch mates in NTTF
hello friends...
In this post i will tell about my friends in NTTF .Our batch has 7 people from andhrapradesh and 38 members from kerala.In this post i will tell about that six people from andhrapradesh excluding me.
Firstly i want to tell about srinivas.His full name is potluri srinivas phani.He hails from gudivada in Krishna district.I met him first when i had undergone training in ganavaram.He also had his training from the same institute for NTTF entrance exam.I remember even now,that we both sat on the same bench for the first day.After entrance exam we two got selected in the exam and after that we had no contact.But we meet again in Coimbatore in a hotel.I stayed in the same hotel with him while i am joining in NTTF.Now he is working in Hyderabad in a automation company.But now i used to contact only once or twice in a month.
Next is yaswanth kumar.He is from mudhinapalli form Krishna district.He also had his training for nttf in the same institute which i had.While training i did not have much contact with him because most of the time i used to be with my friend who came with me from my town.But while admission i came to know that his father has stayed near to my house previously.So that my father know him previously, so that we both had a good relation after that.Even while coming to Coimbatore for joining we both came together.Now he is working in an company named ready minds in Bangalore.I have stayed in his room before the day i joined in cdac.Until know we had a good contact between us.
Next is about arun.He is from thiruvurru in Krishna district.I met him first in the hotel in Coimbatore before joining in nttf.He also completed 12 th before joining in nttf.He is very responsible person in our total batch.Beacuse of that our warden has insisted him to maintain all our personal account.For three years he maintain all our personal account in nttf.Now is working in a automation company in Bangalore.His company is just side of cdac ,so that i met him almost once in a week.
Next is about rakesh.He is from vuyuuru.His town is on the way to my place ,so that he will come with me every time while i was going to home in the asme way.I met him first in the hostel in the first day.I use to go out of the campus for outing with him mostly as he also came with same back ground as me.Now he is studying a java course in Hyderabad.
Next is about ramakishore.He is a very good person and a good friend of me.He is my partner in my nttf as it is a rule to have a partner while doing in lab.He is little adamant in the starting months of nttf but later he has changed a lot.While i am doing job i used to contact him almost once a week,but now i had no contact with him.Now he is working in a company in Chennai.
Next is about Shada.He is from chittour.He knows Tamil before joining in nttf.Except him no one knows Tamil before joning in nttf.So every one will approach him the starting for knowing small words in Tamil.Now he is working in an company in Bangalore.I have a contact with him before 2 months but now he is went to northern states for company purpose.

My industrail training in chennai
hello friends ....
I have done my industrial training in a company named visteon in Chennai which is located inside the ford campus along with my friend.Visteon is a big mnc company which is having manufacturing plants in 14 different countries.I went to chennai for industrail traning on feb 4th of 2005 along with my friend.In the first day we are suppose to meet miss kamakshi who is HR of the company.But she was busy that day so we waited for the until the evening.Its was a bad experience in my life as i did not taken any break fast or lunch that day.Finally at the evening we met her and then she introduced to MR.Rajesh kannan who is the maintenance manager in that company.After that we went back to the hotel which we had taken in the morning.By 6 we got fresh up at got out from the hotel in search of the room.We roamed many places in Tambaram (a place in Chennai) for room.But we did not got the suitable room so we decided to stay in a mansion which is on the main road. We are in general shift while training , so we are suppose to come by 7 'o clock in the morning to the company.So daily i used to got up by 6'o clock in the morning and got ready by 6.30am.At 6.30 am their is a company bus from tambaram to the company.Actually our mansion is 20 km far from the company.So daily we two used to go to the company by that company bus.At the stating we have no work other than watching the operations which were going their.This ranks second in manufacturing of the automobile parts.Mainly the operation of the injection molding machines are very amazing to see, as a big robot is used to unload the component from the machines.After some days we got a project to do.That was my first project which i have handled alone as my friend used to go to home for every 3 days.That project is to move the cylinder forward and backward according to the operator convenience for different moulds. The operator will connect the input and output channels of the cylinder and he will set a number in the control panel.Then ones he switches on the machine the cylinder which is inside the mould will move forward and backward according to the number which was given by the operator.We had completed this project with in 20 days.After completing the project we were again free for some days and after that i started working along with the maintenance department as it is also a chance for me to learn new things.In the weekends i used to roam on mount road and in many places.I used to see many movies while i was in Chennai for training.We used to go to the beach on every alternative week.Even in summer i have enjoyed a lot in Chennai.

My friends in Coimbatore
hello friends......
In this blog i will tell about my friends in Coimbatore.I have lots of friends in Coimbatore as i have stayed for 5 years.While i am studying in NTTF i have no friends from out side the institute other than the friends inside which are studying with me.My batch consists of 45 members while i am studying NTTF.My batch was a typical batch as it has no one from Tamil nadu.Of 45 members 7 are from andhra pradesh and all other 38 members are from kerala.At the staring of the course i don't no Malayalam or Tamil so i have interacted with them only in English.But soon with in 2 months i have learnt Malayalam and i started talking in Malayalam which is mother tongue of the other people from kerala.It is easy to make friends,if we speak in their own mother tongue.While studying in the NTTF i have learnt tamil.But i am not fluent in tamil as i have not got chance to speake in tamil inside the campus as all my batch mates are from kerala and andhra pradesh.I will speak tamil only with the bus conductors and other when i was out of the insitiute.After getting job i have improved my Tamil a lot.In company i have to talk in tamil as it was the local language their,and most of the employes are from tamilnadu. While working i got three good friends namely sarathy,ramesh and mahaswaran. This three are from coimbatore.They know about all places in and around the coimbatore.At the stating sarathy helped a lot for searching a room and for get settled with the company. I did not know coimbatore well until i was in NTTF. So it become dificult to get a room and get adjusted at the staring.I have got selected in that company by campus interview along with one more student from my batch and three from tuticorn center of NTTF.We have campus interviews in common among all the centers of the NTTF which are conducting a particular course.I used to roam many places in around of Coimbatore with ramesh as he knows almost every place their.We all used to go to different hotels in the weekends.I have enjoyed a lot while working in that company. Both mahaswaran and saraty used tell many jokes and their experiences every day.They both used to come to my room daily as it is on the way to their houses.Actually they both belongs to a place called sulur which is also a part of Coimbatore but it was little far from the main city. Ramesh is also belong to a remote place in Coimbatore.Even then they all used to come to my room and we all enjoyed a lot.We all used to play cricket on every Sunday morning in school near by.But after one and half year all the three left the company,as they got a good job in some other company.But i have enjoyed a lot in the Coimbatore with my friends.

My life in NTTF at the start...
hello friends...
In this blog i will say about my Life in NTTF at the start..
I have studied my diploma in mechatronics from NTTF in Coimbatore.As i have specified that the NTTF has many centers all over in india in previous post,it has one of its center in Coimbatore which is collaborated with GKDITR. This GKDITR is an training institute of LMW(Lakshmi machine works) group , which is famous for cnc machine through out the world.I came to Coimbatore with my father and my uncle.My uncle knows Tamil, so he came with us as neither my father nor myself knows Tamil. We came to Coimbatore on Aug 02 2002.I got fever as this is my long journey until that time.On Aug 3 rd we came to the campus which is 30 km far from the city.At the starting i was feared by seeing the surrounding of the institute.It was out side of the city,that to in a village.But the institute was good and the infrastructure is also good. Only problem is the surroundings of the institute.At the first day i met 4 other students who came to the same institute where i had taken training in ganavaram.After reaching the institute we went to the office and completed all formalities.It takes nearly 3 hours to complete all the initial paper work.Then in the after noon we had a welcome session from our Seniors.My batch contains only 7 members from andhra pradesh and all the rest are from kerala.In the evening i had not taken the dinner as i was not feeling well.In the next day morning we had an introduction class from Rajesh sir who is senior person in the institute.For the stating 15 days we had a rope in program secession.That days are the unforgettable days in my life.Each day of rope in program i suffered a lot.Each day i was suppose to do exercises in the morning and yoga after that.And have to attend classes through out the day.Then again in the evening i have to do exercises. In rope in program daily i used to wake up at 4.30 am and get ready for the exercises. Morning we will have a health run first.Health run means running through out the play ground for nearly 16 times .That too the play ground is so big, so i used to fall faint for many days in the rope in program.After completing the health run we had exercises for 2 hours .After exercises we had yoga classes. After that i used to bath in cold water as Coimbatore climate is cool.That to for the first time in my life.In house i will only bath with hot water but in NTTF i bathed with cold water.But some how with lots of suffering i completed my rope in program.But this program brought lots of changes in my physical structure and the thinking abilities.The classes in this program were very much effective to improve IQ and to increase memorising capabilities.In my next blog i will explain in detail about different secessions in the rope in program.

I have studied my diploma in mechatronics from NTTF in Coimbatore.As i have specified that the NTTF has many centers all over in india in previous post,it has one of its center in Coimbatore which is collaborated with GKDITR. How i came in to NTTF..

In this blog i will tell that how i entered NTTF.
to have training for class.When i went to and he was their outside the exam center while i was writing the entrance exam.After the exam i went to my home.But somehow i passed in the first phase of the entrance.After some 20 days i got result and i was happy that i have passed the exam in the top grade.Again i went back to NTTF means nettur technical training foundation.It is a private institution which has more than 14 centers in india.One of the center is in ganavaram which is in andhra pradesh.Actually i came completed my 10 th class in challapalli which is 40 km far from this ganavaram.But no one knows about this NTTF when i was in my 10 th class in my house.After my 10 th exams i went to attend aprjc training.During that time some of my fathers friend told that this NTTF is a good institute and their is an hundred percentage placements in that insititute.So my father and his friend decides to send me and my fathers friend's son to have a traning for the entrance exam of NTTF.Then along with my friend i went to ganavaramNTTF entrance exam.NTTF has two entrance exams ,of this two first exam is written test and second test is skill test.The first test will contain some question on reasoning,maths from 8 th,9 th and 10 thganavaram for training , their i stayed for first time in hostel in my life for the first time.Until 10 th class i did not even went to near by city or town.But suddenly i was happened to stay in a hostel with different persons.I feared in starting days of the hostel, but i got adjusted with all other students.While training, our hostel is nearly 2 km from the traininginstitute every day i should walk 2 km morning and 2 km in the evening.While waking in the afternoon it was really furious as it was summer the temperature is more than 40 deg.While training i used to have tests every day.But it was a different experience in my life as it was my first experience out side my home town.If i was in my home town i used to roam all places inside the town.But in ganavaram i did not went to any places,even though i was free in the afternoon.While training i used to call daily to my home in the evening.I had attended this training for more than 45 days.Finally when the exam date came my father came to ganavaram for my 2 phase of training with my friend.he is also from my hometown.But this time their was no classes.Only for the first day they said how the test will be and how to attempt it. After that they are not teaching any thing .So i waited two days and i came back to my home with out telling to any one.This is also a unforgettable experience in my life.After some days, i had attempted my second phase of the entrance test.That was also a good test as it was mainly testing the understanding capabilities and the IQ of a person.But some how i have passed in that exam also and i went to the NTTF institute which was in ganavaram for selecting my center and course.Then i selected mechtronics course in Coimbatore.

About my industrail visit to chennai
hello friends ..
In this post i will share my experiences ,when i went to Chennai for an industrial visit.
I went to chennai for an industrail visit as in my circullam.We went to chennai for an industrial visit for a week days.We went to chennai by blue mountain train which is an intercity from Coimbatore to Chennai.As the train is at night every one slept soon after getting in to the train.The train is at 9 'o clock in the night and it reaches chennai by 7.30 in the morning. That the train is 2 hours late due to some problem on the track.We reached chennai by 7.30 am and our sir already booked a bus and hotel for our batch before a week. So soon after getting down in chennai our bus is waiting for us .It takes nearly 1 hour to reach to the hotel.That hotel is near to mount road which is famous in Chennai satyam theater.That day we went to ITC limited (Indian tobacco company) which is 1 hour far from our hotel.We all get fresh with in an hour and in the same bus we went to ITC.That was a really good industry which contain higher automated machines.Many of the machines are imported from Germany and France.All machines are so fast as the output from each machine is high.Almost every cigarette packet is manufactured their.The printing rate is so high.Even the liquor bottle covers are manufactured from that company.Mainly the match cover making machine is amazing as it the output rate is 100 packets per second.And it can be increased to 150 packets per second if the production is high.Every match box cover in India is manufactured in this plant only.Next thing is about the liquor bottle pack printing.Its also amazing as the cover the liquor bottle is costly its manufacturing is also so fine.Mainly the stamp in liquor bottle will cost more because of a special type of printing it.Their i saw many different types of cigarette packets of other countries.Finally at evening we are back and i slept early as i was so tired after a visiting that company. Next day we went to ICF (India coach factory) where our all Indian rails are manufactured.It was government company so to get the permission for visiting for such a company is little bit tough. But our staff some how managed to get the permission and we went to visit it.It was a 640 hector big company.We saw how the springs in the train will manufactured first.Their were so old machines in this company. Almost all machines are very old machines through out the company. Once the springs are made it , each spring is tested first before it is used as this is an important part in the train.Then we visited the engine section where i saw 3 different types of engines which they developed recently.Then i saw a whole new trains which were just manufactured and kept ready for testing. Their is a large space inside the company where the new trains are tested before they are hand over to the railway department.Then we went back to hotel and i saw a film that day from satay theater.

About my industrail visit to mumbai
hi friend ...
In this post i will tell about my industrial visit to mumbai in my final year.
We started from Coimbatore at morning 8 '0 clock from my institute with all my friends with lots fun. At 9.30 i reached the railway station and at 10.o clock the train came and we started from Coimbatore by 10.30 Am.Every one in our batch are enjoying though out the journey.Some people are playing anthaksri and some are playing cards.It takes more than 36 hours to reach mumbai. While going i have seen many tunnels and train had passed through many paddy field which are so beautiful.This is my first trip to north india so i was so happy.But the food in train is not so good so i am not feeling well.Our train did not touch banglore station, it just passed through the side of the Bangalore.
We reached mumbai at early morning 4.30 Am .As it is an odd time we got a taxi and went to the hotel which was already booked for us.We got own at chatrapathi sivaji terminal known as CST.Our hotel is at bauykulla which is just 2 stations from the CST station.I did not remember the hotel name exactly but it was in main road with a big stone at the front of the road.That hotel is actually a mutt previous so their are lot of rules to follow .Its take more than an hour to complete the formalities and by 9.30 we came out of the hotel after getting fresh.But our just told to came to railway station while he was leaving from out hotel.Our staff has booked in a different hotel.As our staff did not mentioned any name of the railway station it take meet altogether.As it is a mumbai has no airtel network all our mobiles are not working.
Finally at 11'o clock we met and we started to the Bombay exhibition hall where an industrial exhibition is going on.Nearly by 12 'o clock we reached the hall.It was a very good exhibition as companies came from more than 23 countries all over the world.i have seen many new products and new technologies.Many companies are exhibiting their newly developed products.I have seen many diffrent new sensors and robotic technologies.Mainly the fanuc robot which was displayed if so exiting as it is working very precisely with out any manual interruption.At 5 'o clock we started back and we reached our hotel by 7 'o clock.After coming to the hotel all are so tiered as most of us having the first experience of mumbai trains.The trains in the mumbai are very rush and it stays only 1 or 2 Min's in any station expect in the starting and the ending stations.Next day we went to shopping to fashion street and to many places.I went to many places then but i forgot the names of the places.In last day we booked a tourist bus and we visited t many places in mumbai.In that time we visited india gate and some important places near mumbai.I forget the names of the places but it was a nice experience to me.Then in that night we started from their and while coming back we came by konkan route which so beautiful as this route will pass through out the kerala.While coming our train pass just side of the sea which was so beautiful.By 29 hours we are back in Coimbatore as this route is very near to mambai.

About a city near my place ...
hello friends..
In this post i will tell about a city which is near to my place..The name of that city is vijayawada.This city is well known in andhra pradesh and south india.This is situated in the heart of the andhra pradesh.This city is only 60 km from my place.I have many relatives in this city.
The river krishna is flowing through the city.This is the main river in andhra pradesh which is used mainly for cultivation.As all kown that the krishna district is the "rice bowl of india".This city vijayawada is also in Krishna district.Their will be rich cultivation around this city as this city is in the delta region.This city is called as the "city of victory". is believed to be well maintained railway station in The railway station in the vijayawadaindia.The bus stand of vijayawada is also one of the big stand in south india.It is second biggest bus stand after the chennai bus stand.
Their is a famous kanakadurga temple in vijayawada.This temple is very famous in india.In auspicious days many devotees from different states will visit the temple.Mainly this city is known for education as it is the main educational center in the surrounding area.Their are many colleges in this city.The top junior colleges in andhra pradesh are mainly situated in this city.Mainly students will come to vijayawada for studying plus one and plus two as this two years are most important for the further studies.So their will be many students in this city.Mainly at the evening times the roads will be filled students as almost every college will leave by 5 o clock or 4 .30pm.
Their is a famous park in this city named ragavaya park where many people will come at the evening times.This city is maintained very nicely as all roads will be clean almost every time.The bus stop and the railway station are very near and in the middle of the of the city.So it is easy for the transport and for travel.The transportation facilities are very good in this city as all road will touch this city.Mainly NH7 wil pass throught the city so the city is well developed in marketing .

Raman sir's class...
hello friends...
In this post is for the data structures class which is held on 16 th of this month...
Mainly this class is for completing the syllabus and clearing the douts on the topics which are covered.Class starts as usually as the working days at 10 am.Then in the class raman sir started revising the topics from arrays..In array he tough about the basic one dimensional array and two dimensional array,and even he wrote the code for taking input in two dimensional array.Then he introduced three dimensional arrays.Main interesting thing he said is that, multi dimensional array (more than 3 dim) are mainly used in software industries than normal single dimension and two dimensional arrays.Then he starts with stacks and he revised the whole concept of stacks and even he discussed the code for the stacks.Then he cleared the some douts and he said about the program of post fix using stacks.He almost said the code for that program of post fix expression using stacks.Then he said about the queue concept and revised the whole concept of queue.He said the code for the circular queue and normal queue.Then he said the code for the circular queue without using the count variable.Most of the students have douts in that code which is with out count variable.But sir explained it very well.Then he just gone through the link lists and once he refreshed the whole concept of link list.Then he came to the tree concept and he refreshed the whole concept of tree once again.He than discussed about the expression tree and its code.Then he discussed about the code which will convert all nodes of a tree to array form and the code for finding the height of the particular node.Then some one asked about the concept of recursion so sir explained the whole concept of recursion using factorial program.But so many students did not clear with the concept of the recursion so sir explained the same function using a for loop and with a recursion function.Than he discussed the code of recursion nearly 4 times ,because so many students are not clear with the concept of recursion.As the recursion is the most important concept which will be used in many of the programs.Then he said about the find node function in tree using recursion.In that program also he cleared many douts regarding the recursion.Then again he came to the concept of queues and said about the post fix function using queue's.Then he discussed about the avl tree which are mainly used as the tree will be in balanced structure in this. Then he asked any one to talk about the avl tree for 10 mins.But no one in the class talk about the avl tree for even 5 min.Then he said about the breadth first search and depth first search in tree's.Even he said the code for the breadth first search and the depth first searches.He discussed it very slow as it is very important topic.
Than we had a break for lunch and after due to cricket match of India the class was postponed to Monday.. This class was very interesting and very useful as it was mainly to clear the douts.

Mainly this class is for completing the syllabus and clearing the douts on the topics which are covered.Class starts as usually as the working days at 10 am.Then in the class raman sir started revising the topics from arrays..In array he tough about the basic one dimensional array and two dimensional array,and even he wrote the code for taking input in two dimensional array.Then he introduced three dimensional arrays.Main interesting thing he said is that, multi dimensional array (more than 3 dim) are mainly used in software industries than normal single dimension and two dimensional arrays.Then he starts with stacks and he revised the whole concept of stacks and even he discussed the code for the stacks.Then he cleared the some douts and he said about the program of post fix using stacks.He almost said the code for that program of post fix expression using stacks.Then he said about the queue concept and revised the whole concept of queue.He said the code for the circular queue and normal queue.Then he said the code for the circular queue without using the count variable.Most of the students have douts in that code which is with out count variable.But sir explained it very well.Then he just gone through the link lists and once he refreshed the whole concept of link list.Then he came to the tree concept and he refreshed the whole concept of tree once again.He than discussed about the expression tree and its code.Then he discussed about the code which will convert all nodes of a tree to array form and the code for finding the height of the particular node.Then some one asked about the concept of recursion so sir explained the whole concept of recursion using factorial program.But so many students did not clear with the concept of the recursion so sir explained the same function using a for loop and with a recursion function.Than he discussed the code of recursion nearly 4 times ,because so many students are not clear with the concept of recursion.As the recursion is the most important concept which will be used in many of the programs.Then he said about the find node function in tree using recursion.In that program also he cleared many douts regarding the recursion.Then again he came to the concept of queues and said about the post fix function using queue's.Then he discussed about the avl tree which are mainly used as the tree will be in balanced structure in this. Then he asked any one to talk about the avl tree for 10 mins.But no one in the class talk about the avl tree for even 5 min.Then he said about the breadth first search and depth first search in tree's.Even he said the code for the breadth first search and the depth first searches.He discussed it very slow as it is very important topic.
Than we had a break for lunch and after due to cricket match of India the class was postponed to Monday.. This class was very interesting and very useful as it was mainly to clear the douts.

About ooty.....

In this blog i want to share my views on Ooty....
Ooty is most of the must visited tourist place.It is loacted in souther part of tamilnadu.Coimbatore is a near city of ooty.Ooty is well known by its climate and natural scenarios.The most exiting thing is to go in an meter gauge train to ooty.This train will pass through beautiful scenarios ,different types of flowers,gardens and tullels.The train will starts from a station named mettupalayam in early morning and it will reach ooty by 11am.The train will take nearly 5 to 6 hours to reach ooty.The train will move very slowly as it going on an hill.Many newly people will visit ooty while flower show which will be held may of every year.During flower show thousands of flowers are displayed.During flower show many colleges will have their own stall which will display various flowers in a passion.Their will be special prize for best stalls so the student of various colleges will try their best to make their particular stall more beautiful.Mainly in ooty the places to visit are Botanical Gardens, Lamb's rock, Dodabetta Peak, ooty lake.The botanical garden contains various types of plants and species.Mainly it contains a fossil of a tree which is believed to be more than 20 million years old.In the botanical garden we can also see different types of plants grow in different shapes. Next is ooty lake which is only 1 kilometer from ooty bus stand.This lake is very famous for boating.So many people will visit this lake daily and enjoy the beauty of the lake.Next place t visit in ooty is Lamb rock which contains beautiful scenarios and tea estates surrounding it.This will be ideal place for picnic as it contains beautiful scenarios around it.Usually many film shooting will be taken here.Next place is visit dodabetta which is 22 km from ooty .This is the highest peak of sount India.Next is to visit the places like rose garden,dolphine nose etc...Their are two famous water falls namely pikara water fally and kalhatty water falls.Near the pikara water falls we can get fresh carrots to eat which will be so sweet.This falls will be very beautiful because here water will flow on the rock which are like steps.So the force of the water will be less.In kalhatty falls we can see many wild animals.This falls are surrounded by beautiful scenarious,so many people used to visit this falls.
Overall ooty is very beautifull place to visit and in my opinion it is one of the must visited place.

I am back again to share my views on Coimbatore....
Coimbatore is a city which is situated in sounthern part of tamil nadu.Coimbatore is called as an Manchester of south India...As it has it an important textile-manufacturing centre in India.It is also a major producer of cotton in india.Main thing about Coimbatore is its climate.As it is situated in the shadows of the Western Ghats it is having a very pleasant climate through out the year.It is one of the interesting tourist spots of South India. The city has various parks and famous temples.The VOC Park and Zoo is named after the famous freedom fighter V. O. Chidambaram. The Marudhamalai Temple which about 12 km from Coimbatore Railway Station,Perur temple which is 10 km from railway station are the famous and oldest temples in Coimbatore.There is an Forest College, which is one of the oldest institutions in the country.It has a famous and oldest agriculture university.The Coimbatore Agriculture University is reputed to be one of the best institutions of its kind in South Asia.It has one more famous university named bharathiar university which is also a very old university.Their are about 80 arts and science which are situated in and around Coimbatore.
Coimbatore is an important industrial city of TamilNadu. Mainly it has many textile-manufacturing industries. There are more than a hundred textile mills in and around Coimbatore apart from a number of other manufacturing units, which produce engineering equipment and electronic items.You can also purchase textiles and ready made garments in Coimbatore as it is an important textile-manufacturing centre in India.The famous tourist spots in Coimbatore are VOC park which contains several animals , Agriculture University which is one of the oldest university of India, botanical garden which contains thousands of varieties of plants.Coming to temples, it contains mainly two famous temples namely perur temple and the Marudhamalai Temple.The perur temples is an very old temple which was built by cholas and the Marudhamalai Temple was not much older but it is located on an hill.The climate near the temple will be so pleasant and pollution free.Then the places like ooty,kodaikanal is very near from it.Ooty is only 60 km from Coimbatore and kodaikanal is also only 150 km from Coimbatore.It also contains several water fally namely Siruvani Waterfalls ,thirumuthy falls ,kovai kutrallam,vidhahi water falls.
I have stayed 5 years in Coimbatore.I feel it is best place for living....

MY FIRST DAY AT NCST...
hello friends.....
This is my Ravichandra ...from andhra pradesh...
This is my first blog ....and the moto for writing this blog is to pass in a module named TCOM ( Technical communication) in my course,because its an assignment of TCOM.... We have to write 2 blogs per week which should contain at least 70 lines.
So let me pass in my module...(TCOM) in my course..........
It was one fine morning i came to Bangalore.... I went to my friend room which is at cv.raman nagar.... for getting his room i have to search for an hour as the address is not clear......
that really a bad experience to me as i was loaded with my luggage ...After going to the room i got fresh up and we went to hosur to meet my other friends ...........
And the day which i have to enter in to the cdac finally came......And that fine morning i started from my friend room in CV.raman nagar at 9 Am ..with my heavy luggage..
As i had luggage i have to come by an auto...It takes two hours to reach electronics city..
when i finally arrived in front of NCST gate i was late by 2 hours....so i rushed in to the campus with my luggage.. when i entered i went to the reception and i enquired about my admission.Then he gave me form to fill and given a help desk for other formalities.i filled the form and went to the help desk their i got my kit which contain many books.......
i really got nerves to see all the books which are new to me and heavy ...so finally i kept my luggage aside and having a look at the form they given..Then they told to go the hostel for the room allotment..then i went to the hostel with my luggage and i saw a line of students waiting for the allotment.I kept my luggage in the common room and i also joined the line for the room to get alloted..Then i met rahul (which is my room mate now) who is also waiting for the allotment..then he asked for me to be his room mate as every one is choosing their room mate..
then i finally got in to the room where i saw mohammad sir with one more staff..Their he given me my room (f1) and the key for the room.
Then i went to my room with my luggage.. its really new for me to meet all new persons in a new college..Then i slowly kept my luggage and just have a look around the hostel and campus..
It was a beautiful campus with greenish surroundings...and with a fountain..I was very happy to study in a campus like this ..I thought i cant study in an campus after i joined in my ex company.But some how i got admission in this campus and mainly i got relived properly from my company which i thought impossible...as my project just got completed i want to install it..that's really a headache for my manager to pass all my duties to some other..
After some time we went to have lunch at 1'o clock..we had the lunch and i chatted with rahul about him and his back ground... As i came to know he is an mca student from birla institute i was happy that if i got stuck with some tough he is their to help me...As i am just a diploma holder i really feared of this course...And every one i introduced in that day is an be or an mca student ...So i thought whether i can compete with the persons here...But with an confusing mind i went my first session of this course ...That was a good lecture from pramod sir on UNIX.As i was new to UNIX i feared first .But after his class i realized that even if i am new to UNIX i can learn it if i follow his class carefully.He just introduced UNIX platform in that class.He taught some basic commands inn UNIX to create and move files from one directory to another,and how to create them..After the class i went to the lab and i was not able to get a system for first 20 Min's..After i got the system and i practiced the commands which pramod sir taught in the class.After some time i was back again to hostel and had bath.Then i started to get know the names of my batch mates.Then i got introduced with side room mates .It was a good experience to meet them all.
But only thing which i feared is that i am a diploma student and all other i meet was an btec an mca students.Then i called to my friend who told me about the cdac and ask him whether their is any diploma student who passed this course.Then he told about some persons who passed from this institute and got placed in good companies.Then finally i realised that i can complete this course if i work hard.
After some time i went to have dinner and got some more friends ... It was hygienic and have some taste...???...After i went to room and i read the opad module book for some time .
While sleeping I thought whether i will be able to survive here or not......But i realised if i work hard i will get succeed in this course...
So....finally i wrote my blog which took much time for me...............
i will be back with my new blog soon........

My life in coimbatore

This is my second blog ....But it is not a continuation of my first blog ,it is about my life when i was working as an employee in a company in Coimbatore...
So lets start me this blog which will complete my Tcom assignment for this week.....
My previous company was premier Evolvics which is situated in singanallur in coimbatore... Coimbatore is a good place for living as life is very slow their and pollution is very less their... In my company my post is Automation engineer which is totally a different field from now... Their my work is to do Automation for the projects build their.. Actually my company is an Manufacturer of textile testing machines..and it ranks World no 3 in that domain...But my division a new division in my company...My division name is Machine Vision System which is called as MVS ..Its a very good upcoming department in my company..
Actually in MVS we will make testing machines which will inspect the Automobile ,Pharma,Domestic part using an camera.. And my main work in that is to interface the image prossing software to the controller which we will use for other automation purpose.The image prossing software which is used their is Labview 8.0 which is a product from national instruments...
I was very much excited when i got my first project after 6 months ..of my entry in that company..It was a project to inspect Engine Bearings...And i made that project very quickly and for that i got a good recognization from all my colleagues and from my manager..
From then they stated giving me big budget projects which will be little complex...I complete my first project with in 2 months and i learned a lot from that project not only technical matters but also other thing like how to interact with customers and other officials...It was a good experience for me..and that project i cant forget through out my life...
After completing my first project i started to learn various protocols to interface labview with other plc and controllers.I was basically interested in learning different plc's(Programmable Logical Controller).I learned various plc's like AB,Fanuc,Siemens,Mithubhishi etc..
As i was their from starting of MVS division in my company all are very kind towards me...At the starting we used basic controllers as a means for controlling other hardware devices ...But after 4 to 5 months every project started to build using Plc as the means to control other hardware devices...After i completed my first project and when it got installed properly i was very much happy....After i complete my first project i was with internal development department and RND department..That really helped me to do a big project that really helps in boosting up my company overall turnover through this division.
My last project in that company was to build a inspecting machine which will inspect an Automobile part named Wheel cylinder .This part will be used as a brake system in cars and heavy vehicles..That was a really a hard day for me as i worked up to 1'o clock daily to complete that project...In that machine i have used mithubhishi Plc as an controller for controlling other hardware devices..And i have used MODBUS Protocol for communicating between System Software(Labview) and Plc..It was a good achievement for me to complete that project with out others help.
In that project i have even learned Labview and i did one small project which will be used internal for generating MODBUS code automatically..And for that my manager and vp appreciate me...That really boosted me in learning new softwares ...
And for that i wrote CST exam and now i am here in CDAC studying ..
So finally friends i have completed my second blog which will complete my TCom assignment for this week...

My memorable days when i was in my 7 th class...

i am back to share one more topic with u all...
In this time i will tell about my life while i was studying in 7 Th class ...
My school name is vijaya sri sunflower public school .... It is located in a small town named challapalli...This place is in krishna district of andhra pradesh...
i have enjoyed a lot in my school ..Our school correspondent is Mr .Punnamraju sir....All the student in the school will get fear of him..I joined in my school in the same year when it got started.
As i was their from the starting of my school, all the teachers and other staff knows me well. At the time i joined their are only 10 persons in my class.Then gradually the count got increased year by year.But i remembered the days which i have stayed in my school through out night when i was in 7 Th..Actually in 7Th class the final exams will be conducted by the state government, so every one will be more conscious about the final exams.The students will try their best to get good marks in that final exam. As i will be the first common exam for every student in andhra pradesh and the result will also be common through out the state.This will be the first exam to know the knowledge of a particular student.So even schools will also conduct some special classes to get their students to get good marks in that exam.In that name we have intensive coaching at the last 4 months before the exams .At that time every student should stay in the school as the classes start from morning 5' o clock and ends only at 11'o clock.So we all of us used to stay in hostel.Even now i remembered the daily time table of my 7 Th class of the intensive coaching. Our daily routine will start at 4.30 Am every day.That time we used to got up and at 5 'o clock we will have our Hindi class. It will ends at 6 am only..I actually hate to attend that class because i don't like to attend a class in early morning 5 'o clock and that to its Hindi subject .......In every class we should write a test and the syllabus will be very little as it was only for that class.And at 6'o clock we will had break up to 7.30 am.At 7.30 physics class will start and it will ends at 10 am..That is one of the class which i likes... after the physics class their will be social class up to 12.o clock .... And after that we had a break for 2 hours ..after the break we had maths class...this is also a class which i likes... as i was good in maths (that time not now)
And at 5 'o clock we had a break again.... Then again the class starts at 6 'o clock... that is English class ... And that class will ends only at 8 'o clock ....After that we all used to eat the dinner ....And after the dinner at 8.30 pm we have a last class that will ends at 10.30...and after that we used to play ..and at after we will sleep... that's a daily routine of me when i was in 7 Th class... They are memorable days which i cant forgot through out my life....

And that class will ends only at 8 'o clock ....After that we all used to eat the dinner ....And after the dinner at 8.30 pm we have a last class that will ends at 10.30...and after that we used to play ..and at after we will sleep... that's a daily routine of me when i was in 7 Th class... They are memorable days which i cant forgot through out my life....

My school days after my 7 th class
hello friends...
i am back again in the second blog for this week to share one more topic with u alll...
As i have already shared my experience about my "memorable days in my 7 th class"..now i will share my experiences after my 7 th class.As i completed my 7 th class i entered to my 8 th class..with lot of new friends and a few of old friends... As my school is good in my region lot of students will come to my school only for 7 th class and 10th class.In my 8 th class i used to sit in the last bench of the class... as i am taller ....In that time i used to play more than study...we used to play at 12 'o clock in afternoon....finally i complete my 8 th with not much effort compared to 7 th class...
And in the 9 th class was the same... Same friends..and same teachers...as usaual....just went away with out much effort and with a lot of joy... While i am studying 8 th i was interested in biology and i used to get the magnizes of natural sciences from my principal sir... He is an retired principal in a government colleage their.. He a very good teacher ...and he my faviorite teacher in my life untill now...He used to encourage me to learn many new things about the new experiments which are going on all over the world...At that time i used to get full marks in biology but not in all other subjects...I was an average student basically except in biology..Iused to collect more information about genetharaphy........ I thought i will be going to that side in my carrer but unfortuanately now i am in a stream which is opposite to it...
What to do time ...Unfortuanately i came to electronics field first than again to software field now..after?????..With lot of hopes i passed my 9 th class and i was pramoted to 10 th class..In my 10 th class again it resembles ny 7 th class but i did not stayed inn hostel in my 10 th..as my health was not good...During my 10 th i faced many health problems and taken many leaves which i had never taken in an of my classes.... In my 10 th also the schedule is almost similar to 7 th class but i used to come from my home daily..I used to start in my home at 4.30 and i used to reach my school by 4.50 am and at 5 'o clock the classes starts...The classes will end by 10.30 and i will be back to home by 11 'o clock ...daily...During that time i used to go on my bicycle to school.. And the joyfull days of my life got passed very fastly... and i completed my 10th class...
So friends i will be back with one more topic in next week.......

Industrial cameras
hello friends in this blog i will share my knowledge on industrial cameras
Mainly the industrial cameras are used for machine vision purposes and for robotic applications.
Mainly the cameras consists of a sensor which will actually store the visual image when it get actuated.Mainly the cameras are of two types.One type of cameras use ccd array as sensor and one more type will use c- mos technology for sensor.Both the technologies are very popular now a days.Both will store the image in the cells inside the sensor.And after that signals are converted in to some fine form which can be even converted in to digital form.Basically their are two types of cameras, one type is Analog cameras and the other one is digital cameras.Only analog signals are produced by the analog cameras and digital signals are produced from the digital cameras.Even if the analog cameras give the output as an analog signal the signal is to be converted in to digital signal by using an framgrabber.Framgrabber is piece of electronic PCB which will convert analog signals in to digital signals.This framgrabber will be placed inside the pci slot in the pc.Usually in industries only the industrial pc will be used form building a special purpose machines.That industrial pc will be configured such that it will be properly suits for that particular application.Even from the digital cameras the signals must be preprocessed before it is actually used for software preprocessing.But the framgrabber used for the digital cameras will be of simple type which has less complex circuits than the analog framgrabbers.From the camera only the crude signals will come and that crude signals are converted in to digital form and then that converted digital signals are used for the actually processing.While processing the required features are extracted from that image and that features are proceed according to the actual application.The cost of an industrial camera depends up on the mega pixels it is having with in a square mm.usually it is called as mega pixel per square mm.If the number of pixels per square mm got increased the accuracy of the image will also got increased.If the accuracy of the image got increased the image can be used for higher precision measurement.

My project
hello friends .... in this blog i would like to say about one of my project which i have done in my previous company ...
My project name is Wheel Cylinder Inspection System ....
The project is to inspect an automobile component called wheel cylinder used in four wheeler brake system...My project was given by Mando India which is the manufacturer of brake system for various automobile manufacturers through out the world. The main challenges of the project is to inspect inside surface of the component and with a time limit of 28 sec.This project is designed in such a way that their will not be any manual interruption once the machine is started until it the operator stops manually.The main features of the machine are it contains 2 conveyors where the components are loaded and unloaded and two pick and place mechanisms which will be used for transporting the component from the loading conveyor to the inspection system and from inspecting conveyor to unloading conveyor.The main inspection system consists of 3 cameras which will inspect all features of the component.The main special feature of the this machine is it contains a boroscope camera which is automated by an servomotor and ball screw mechanism.The camera is used to inspect the internal surface of the component.This camera will move from bottom of the component as the component is placed in a special fixture.The component along with the fixture will index for every 5 mm movement of the boroscope camera.As the boroscope camera is moving up the fixture which holds the component will also index for inspecting 360 deg of the surface.The fixture will index in terms of 45 deg because the field of view of the camera is less.The main disadvantage of the boroscope camera is it can view only through 70 deg..So the accuracy of the inspection will be going down.
Only because of this the accuracy of the boroscope camera will be less than 100 microns.
But the machine can inspect a component with in the customer requirement that is 28 sec per component and with fully automated control system.
The machine can display the particular error when the error occurs automatically.Totally it requires an unskilled operator for operating it as it is fully automated.
Onces the inspection is completed only the accepted components will be inn the output conveyor and all other rejection components will be in the rejection bin.
finally it took 4 months to complete the project.
